I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here - Club Statement

Today, Calverton CC would like to scotch rumours that have been seen in the national & local press/media regarding the appearance, or non appearance as it turns out, of one of the clubs star players, in the current ITV hit series of 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Of Here'.
Contary to rumours circulating, we can confirm that Dickon Perry is safe at home in Lenton and is not facing the traumer of Jan Leeming and Bushtucker Trials in the jungle out in Australia. www.calvertoncc.co.uk can exclusively reveal that it is actually Toby Anstis that is appearing in the show and not Dickon, which is completely the opposite to reports seen in the media.
Even though Dickon has not been seen since he scooped two top awards at the clubs annual Presentation Evening at Ramsdale Golf Centre earlier in the month, the website would like to put any rumours to bed regarding this issue.
South Africa Tour - Get Together
On Sunday 26th November 2006 at 5.30pm, Derek Pickering will be holding a meeting for all players/members & guests who have expressed an interest in the proposed Tour to S.A in 2008.
This will be held in the main function room at 'The Top Club' Hollinwood Lane, Calverton. Please make every effort to attend as many important decisions need to be made/discussed in relation to the proposed Tour.
