Opening Fixtures:- Teams Selected

The teams for the opening fixtures of the 2007 season have been selected and can be viewed on the team selection page.

On Saturday a club XI take on Thurgarton at Home - This side can be viewed by selecting the Friendly XI tab.

Meanwhile the Sunday XI make the long trip to Bracebridge Heath for their first game in the Newark Alliance. This side is subject to change based on player availabilty.

Another Representitive Fixture!

Calverton C.C are once again proud to have been asked to host another Notts fixture.
On Tuesday 7th August Notts Under 11's will lock horns with their Lancashire counterparts, wickets being pitched at 1.00pm. Apparently this is one of the toughest games that Notts will have this year, please lend your support to the boys.

Working Weekend

The weekend of the 14th & 15th of April has been earmarked as a 'working weekend' at the ground.
To ensure 'GLA' is looking resplendent for the first game on the 28th April, all members, friends, guests - in fact anyone that fancies helping out is asked to be at the ground on the Saturday and/or Sunday from 10am onwards.
The bar will be fully stocked and open & Mim's infamous bacon butties will no doubt be on the menu!

Cope Cup Fixtures

This years Cope Cup sees 14 teams enter the competition. There will be two groups of four & two groups of three in the round robin stage with the winners of each group going onto the semi final.
Calverton have been drawn in a group along with Burton Joyce & Lambley. These games will be played in May & June (full details on the fixtures/results page or on the calendar page).

April Committee Meeting

April's meeting will be held this Thursday (5th) at The Top Club - 7.15pm. This will be the last meeting at The Top Club until October. Meetings will be held at the ground during the summer, usually on the first Thursday of the month.
