New Equipment Arriving Soon
With the new season looming on the horizon, a winter's hard work by Officials of the Club will soon culminate in a number of new additions at GLA.
In the next couple of weeks, the new heavy roller will be here courtesy of Poweroll, the revolutionary Radford Ezy Net will be in place, as will the new sightscreen for the bottom end of the ground. New wheeled mobile covers will also be in place, but let's hope they're not needed!
All this has been made possible through hard work & support from the ECB, Notts Cricket Board, The Nottinghamshire Community Foundation & a couple of donations. Thanks to one and all.
Pre Season Friendlies
Arrangements have now been finalised for two pre season matches in April.
Due to 1st XI starting there league campaign a week earlier then usual, friendlies have been arranged at GLA over the weekend of the 17th & 18th April. On the Saturday, Worksop will be our guests, followed by Thurgarton on the Sunday. Both games start at 1.30pm. Let's hope the weather is kind!
